My family and I are new to the South Florida area and it has been a struggle to find a place where we have felt welcomed and taken care of. From the moment I called to schedule little man's first visit to dropping off a urine sample the staff has been amazing. Huge thank you's to Yami and Evelyn in the front desk; the giggles and support you show to one another is wonderful. Wait times are excruciatingly long! There is no such thing as appointments with this facility. Also can't get an appointment. My child is sick and having chest pain and they say they cant see him for 3 days! Ridiculous! I will be looking for a new doctor for my 3 kids asap. 0 stars, I DO NOT RECCOMEND
The waiting times are terrible!! It makes no sense to make appointments if your waiting 45 minutes to go in the back then another 25 for a doctor for a check up !
The first issue I had was that my original appointment was not scheduled so I lost a day of work. Today I come to my next appointment and well my 10 am appointment got me leaving at 12:49. I just wish my insurance was verified before my appointment so that I could of corrected prior and not have to sit in the lobby and get skipped.
This is my second visit to pediatric Associates homestead office , I was debating about selecting this place or not as a new patient , so far BEST Experience Ever ! The staff if very friendly , open on a timely manner, the front desk ladies are very diligent , the nurses are so sweet specially the nurse Nyesha Scribe showing a caring attitude with questions to clarify any concern that I made have. I’ll recommend this place to anyone as well as Dr Junco . I’m very happy with my selection. Keep up the great work team!
Amazing pediatric office with great doctors and awesome nurses. Specially Amy in the front desk who always has a smile in her face and is very efficient.
El trato es fenomenal! Tratan de atenderte lo más rápido posible pero dándote el tiempo necesario para cubrir todas tus dudas y preocupaciones! El personal es muy amable y muy dispuestos a ayudarte. No me cambio por ninguna otra ( a no ser que vayan a domicilio jiji )
Always very welcoming and friendly. My kids and I Dr.Fields, Nyesha, And Alexis. I recommend them for all kids.
