I’ve been going here for almost 7 years. Staff and doctors are amazing. I took my daughter this morning for her 2 year well visit. When we walked in there were a few people on the sick area and 2 people in the well area. As I was waiting more people came in. A little baby, 3 kids, and 4 adults. And more were going to come in. The little waiting room had way too many people in there. Office should pay more attention to how many people are in in the waiting rooms.
Always on time, staff and providers are all sweet, helpful and empathic ❤

No wait time organized and efficient
Wait for hours on phone to get hung up and no call back. Immunizations not on portal like they should be and when you try and request them by phone and the request option, you get wrong form or are waiting hours to speak to someone. I also requested pin so that I may look it up on my own....just trying to get my son back to school! Frustrating!!!! I work and don’t have hours on out to get assistance

Great job good customer service care
I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience in my life with my son. Took my 2 year old for a WellCheck ! Which I found out later they scheduled him wrong. Dr. Lori Leiman, worst pediatrician I’ve ever met. She rushed me and my son the entire time. She barely had time to answer any of my questions. I asked her for my son’s height which she refused to check, she claimed she was in a rush and didn’t have time... then she basically told me to give my son Benadryl to put him to sleep.
