I absolutely recommend this location! The staff is friendly and caring. The office Manager goes above and beyond and was consistently rounding the clinic to ensure the office flow was warm and inviting. My son was terrified because he was getting shots in his last visit but the team really showed him support. He walked in scared and walked out with a huge smile!!! I’m so grateful for their efforts!!
Love doctor fields but hate that you can never get anyone to call you back. Answering service is the worst. My child is only 2months and still waiting for a call back from the doctor that I’ve called almost every day and left a message since he was 6 weeks old. No way to talk to the location directly! Extremely bad customer service with the answering service. But you can never speak to someone at the location on at a call center. Half of the time they are totally clueless.… See more

Pediatrics associates is so ridiculous how are you not going to have masks knowing that we’re not mandated to wear them no more if you want people to wear them you should have them available that’s so ridiculous If you guys are going to mandate mask knowing that it’s not mandated by the government of Florida then you guys should at least provide masks
They are family I love them not because they are not blood that doesn't mean they aren't my family I have recommended friends and family there.
Very clean office with nice staff.
This have been the most frustrating experience I had to deal with. Having a child sick and wait for two hours in line for a virtual appointment and call over the phone multiple times and nobody can resolve the situation. AT THE END I feel like I’m begging for a service that I pay. After two hours unfortunately my child can’t get no medicine because somebody don’t know how to do their job.
