We have been going to pro health physicians in wallingford for 3 years with our two girls. Dr Pouliot is their primary and we’ve seen a few of the other docs as well. I’m shocked when I read these other reviews as we are often a couple mins late and never have any problem. There was one rude/unprofessional front office staff member a year ago who I haven’t seen there recently so maybe they let her go or she moved on. This place doesn’t treat me right I don’t like how they treat people here, they don’t really treat us great .
Awful. I feel like the doctors don’t care about caring for the kids. All they care about is a time slot. My 1st time here me and my child was 5 mins late and was told we had to reschedule. The second time I went Dr.Sway took 1 hour to get to us. To the point where I wanted to leave but my child’s father had told me to stay due to my child having Lyme disease and it was important that he got seen. The doctor wrote the prescription wrong and forgot to put how often we need to put the ointment on and 2 hours later waiting at cvs and called office and rude office staff said doctor is busy and can’t fix his mistake.
We liked our physician, however, we had a very disturbing and unfortunate experience with a different physician in the practice, who completely disregarded our concerns, overtalked us, was unnecessarily loud in the small examination room while our infant was napping and rudely snapped that “he would have to get up anyway” when we asked her to lower her voice to an inside volume.
