My sister and I have lived at Pecan Springs Apartments for almost two years already, and it honestly is our home away from home. The staff is always amazing and very nice. The maintenance crew is also great. For example, our AC unit went out on a hot weekend afternoon, and they were able to fix it with in the next two hours. Pecan springs accommodations, like the beautiful pool and well equipped gym are also a plus. Pecan springs has a great staff who take care of their residents. Tiana has always been very helpful and greeted me with a smile. The apartment complex is very clean and our dog loves the dog park and shower. I highly recommend this apartment!!

I have been staying at Pecan Springs for one year now and have enjoyed my stay here, no complaints! The apartments are awesome with great amenities. The location is fantastic, close to La Cantera, RIM, and all the good restaurants. They have Starbucks Coffee in the common room which is amazing. Plus they organize community events like Pancake Brunch or National Donut Day which are delicious and much appreciated. The application process, Tiana made the process easy and was most helpful during the process. I would recommend this Apt. complex to anyone who is in the market to rent. The online process is easy to understand and takes only a few minutes. All questions were answered completely and no matter how many times I called for a question to be answers Tiana was always professional and polite.
