RecommendedI highly recommend this apartments they have a resort style swimming pool and the staff is really nice especially Rosemarie Ramos she’s so welcoming and helpful. Speak with her she will definitely get you in an apartment.

Love the gorgeous pool and the lobby is great with the pool table. Beautiful apartments inside and out, and the staff is so friendly!

I lived at Pecan Springs in San Antonio, TX and was allowed to break my lease after 6 months due to what I believe was uninhabitable conditions. The management at them is incompetent and doesn't know how to respond to requests to at least make their units a little livable. Instead, they're dishonest and say things were completed when they clearly weren't. I spent 6 months with a faulty door sweep that was letting all sorts of pests in, including scorpions, roaches, spiders, and tons and tons of millipedes on a daily basis. A... read more

The community is so peaceful and lovely. it's clean and pretty. They organise events every now and then and the staff if very efficient and helpful... just wished they had a small park area for kids as well. would have been amazing.. 💗💗💗
With the new property manager, things are so much better. More events for residents and she responds to things fast. I recommend Pecan springs apartment
Very nice apartments, lots of great amenities including the brand new state of the art appliances!
I REGRET living here for 12 months mainly because of how terrible the management is here. Here is a list of what I had to deal with living here. 1. Our AC was broken when we first moved in for over a week. We made several maintenance requests, emails, phones calls. It took them over a week to get it fixed. 2. I have just moved in and have been very satisfied. staff is very helpful and the move in process is extremely smooth. easy access onto i-10 is so helpful !
