Having lived here for 4 yrs now, I can comment relating to past and present management/ownership. Prior to Fall of 2017 this place was Amazing. Staff was awesome, very friendly and approachable. All issues were handled promptly. Since the buyout, sadly this is now longer the case. Maintenance is still very good, however dog poop not being picked up....Landfill size trash piles behind the dumpster area for over a week. Nice place but when you need help with security around the building it's not there. Also post in the community chat are managed by the leasing company and all issues are deleted. I had my car broken into and constant dog poop all over the dog park. For $1,300 a month it's not worth it.
This is the best apartments ever love the consistency and attention to detail they are very organized and it's an overall peaceful clean area to live and have fun highly recommend and highly appreciated ��so if your looking for home sweet home look to pecan springs cause home is where the heart is and my heart is with pecan springs ����
The apartments are nice and spacious. The biggest thing is management is terrible. We had issues with the upstairs neighbor having a pit bull that would run around at 1 am pretty much everyday. We sent numerous emails without response. Called the on call officer at times but never did anything. Our contract ended or was supposed to end on June 22. We failed to turn in our notice 60 days prior even though the office claims they told us, we never received any notification. So we got charged for the month of July although the a... read more
