The staff were not nice. They lied to me multiple times. And tried to deceive me into signing a lease for the wrong floor plan. After that, they tried to get me to pay an extra $700 a month and sign a lease for the apartment they had originally promised me.
Ever since this place went under new management, it’s been awful. They do not care about anything except taking your money. I dealt with noisy neighbors partying till 4am, a flooded kitchen that took over a week to repair without being offered a temporary place to stay, a gate and pool clicker that rarely worked, a dumpster that is always overflowing with garbage, and the list goes on. Having lived here for 4 yrs now, I can comment relating to past and present management/ownership. Prior to Fall of 2017 this place was Amazing. Staff was awesome, very friendly and approachable. All issues were handled promptly. Since the buyout, sadly this is now longer the case. Maintenance is still very good, however dog poop not being picked up....Landfill size trash piles behind the dumpster area for over a week. Nice place but when you need help with security around the building it's not there. Also post in the community chat are managed by the leasing company and all issues are deleted. I had my car broken into and constant dog poop all over the dog park. For $1,300 a month it's not worth it.
