I REGRET living here for 12 months mainly because of how terrible the management is here. Here is a list of what I had to deal with living here. 1. Our AC was broken when we first moved in for over a week. We made several maintenance requests, emails, phones calls. It took them over a week to get it fixed. 2. We didn't have a washer and dryer when we first moved in. Once we got our washer and dryer the dryer was causing us problems. I made more maintenance requests and just...Continue Reading

RecommendedThere will always be pros and cons when renting, however my experience at Pecan Springs has been satisfying. Maintenance requests worked on a timely manner, staff is nice. No matter where you go you will find new staff or issues, but I believe that by providing respect, suggestions and following up on any concerns your requests will always be fix. Just because you pay rent it doesn’t mean it’s the property responsibility to fix everything, good living starts with all of us. The pool is fantastic !!
RecommendedI’m an apartment Locator & of all the apartments I could have moved to I chose pecan springs! & it’s been the best decision ever!! I’m absolutely loving life here with all the amazing amenities, the pool is gorgeous, the gym is better than most & they’re always hosting events for us residents. You get a shipt membership which has been awesome! I mean who doesn’t love having their groceries delivered?!!! The apartments are beautiful too to top everything off. You really will enjoy living here.
