RecommendedThere will always be pros and cons when renting, however my experience at Pecan Springs has been satisfying. Maintenance requests worked on a timely manner, staff is nice. No matter where you go you will find new staff or issues, but I believe that by providing respect, suggestions and following up on any concerns your requests will always be fix. Just because you pay rent it doesn’t mean it’s the property responsibility to fix everything, good living starts with all of us. The pool is fantastic !!
I’m an apartment Locator & of all the apartments I could have moved to I chose pecan springs! & it’s been the best decision ever!! I’m absolutely loving life here with all the amazing amenities, the pool is gorgeous, the gym is better than most & they’re always hosting events for us residents. You get a shipt membership which has been awesome! I mean who doesn’t love having their groceries delivered?!!! The apartments are beautiful too to top everything off. You really will enjoy living here.
We’ve been here for 3 years. Love to hangout by the pool in the summertime. Very nice apartments inside, definitely gives you the luxury clean feeling.

Ever since this place went under new management, it’s been awful. They do not care about anything except taking your money. I dealt with noisy neighbors partying till 4am, a flooded kitchen that took over a week to repair without being offered a temporary place to stay, a gate and pool clicker that rarely worked, a dumpster that is always overflowing with garbage, and the list goes on.
