We've had to have our water heater, furnace, AC and tub replace due to poor maintenance. Also, the tub that was replaced today was not input properly, so I burned myself while trying to shower because the "cold" water put out scolding hot water instead. Plus, whatever they did messed up my toilet because now it's not flushing and the waterline is leaking. Clear that they hired cheap laborers who didn't care to make sure things were functional before leaving. Now I can't bathe or use my toilet.

I cannot wait to move from this run down place. No one answeres the phone. Washer machine has been broken for three weeks now. People speeding almost hit me and my baby while walking. Pot holes everywhere, playground unsafe. And when you do make a complaint they call back giving excuse after excuse as to why everything keeps falling apart or you have to wait. Pebble point.. great place to live.. even betterthey except pets.. great location off 465 for easy access to all the great attractions of Indianapolis.. and the staff in the front office are amazing, any problems fixed right away.. think pebble point the next time you move!
