RIPOFF ALERT!!! – *** RIP OFF ALERT *** I purchased two pair of glasses with the "buy one pair, get the second free" promotion. The store demanded payment upfront and I expected to get the two specific pair of glasses I wanted. The first pair was fine. The second pair came in with the wrong frame, and I was later told the frame was no longer available. large selection, large price – I saw all the good reviews and had friend who has been going there for years and decided to try it after glasses broke. Very busy place with large selection of frames, but no prices posted. It took 3 hours waiting for exam and then picking out frames. Happy with service, frame and two weeks later the prescription seems good, but $1200 for two pairs, one supposedly free was steep. Disgusting service – Never been treated so badly in my life. The staffs are rude. They don't like to be asked a lot of questions, because they're dishonest in their sales. I was suspicious that my frame was the display though I had ordered it with the full price (not on reduced mark) as the frame looked quite used. They also gave me a lesser quality of lenses (lower refractive index) than what I had ordered. I felt I was being fooled, disrespected, and unappreciated for my business. Pearle Vision – I have moved all over and have been to several eye docs. This one was great and a good variety of glasses to pick from. The staff helped me chose a good frame. And i got a pair of nice sunglasses. Thanks I will return next year.
Disorganized and rude – please don't go!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went in for an eye exam and glasses and had the most disorganized service. Staff was rude when I asked questions. I would never advise anyone to go.
Unprofessional eye glasses maker. Two times make mistake in glasses and refuse to make right. Waste my time and money.
same experience – worst experience ever buying glasses at this location. i had to contact pearle corporate and they ran into the same local "well, we called him" (he hadn't) roadblock. i had to suggest legal action to the corporate president to get my money back. as bad as sunset valley was, the lakeline location is just the opposite: spectacular, customer-focused service. wherever you live, they are worth the drive.
Awesome!!!! – I had one of the best times at this Pearle Vision, Christina and Richard were wonderful and extremely helpful. They made what is usually a painful experience for me go very smooth I will return next year for new glasses.
DO NOT go here!!! – Whatever you do, PLEASE, do NOT go to Pearl Vision. I went there with my son last week, and there were no other customer in the store. They had us waited for over half hour so they could decide on what they would like to eat for lunch. Moreover, their prices are RIDICULOUSLY high! I thought it's just this location, so I went to another Pearl Vision store in Fort Worth. Same thing. Bad service and overpriced lenses and frames. Whatever you do, please, do not, I repeat, do NOT go to Pearl Vision!!
