I was blown away by the technology Dr. M and his staff makes the Dr. work even better. The Dr. & his tech Dave thoroughly explained my eyes and my concerns to me. I couldn't ask for a better place to visit for an eye exam.
Jenna gave great customer service. She was extremely patient w/ me when teaching me contacts
Terrible Customer Service/Experience – I went in for an eye exam of which Pearle Vision refused to work with me on my health care's coverage, making me pay with cash or check, refusing any other form of payment. After the exam I was bullied into their current promotions without having any tact when it came to handling how much this whole experience would cost for someone not making a whole lot of money. Melissa was very helpful when I wanted to buy my contacts and we couldn't find my insurance she was patient and followed through until we figured everything out.
Everytime I walk into Pearle vision, whether its to buy something or just an adjustment, everyone is always so friendly and quick to greet me.
Nicole has helped me and my husband find the right glasses for years. She is so much fun to work with and makes us feel like we belong to the Pearle Vision family. She is always nice to us & helpful & great friendly personality.
I have been to Dr. Oifer for years. Recently my job changed insurances and its been a night mare. Luckily, Amy at the front desk took me. She definitely went the extra mile to get my insurance straightened out. Of course Dr. Oifer's exam was spot on again! Thanks Yall!
