I met Howard in 1983 when he first fitted me with contact lenses. Howard is honest, and outstanding at what he does. He will remember you: he loves his customers. Don't trust your eyes to anyone else.
Wonderful Caring Professional
Dr. Oifer is extremely caring and thorough. He has the latest technology available for an eye exam. In my case he found a problem abd referred me ti a great MD (Opthomalogist0 who treated and resoloved my problem. I wnt back to Dr. Oifer's for my glasses. The service offered was much better than I received at other Eyeglass providers.
