In June of 2012 I purchase a pair of glasses for my son at Pearle Vision at 3811 S. Cooper St #2004; Arlington, TX 76015 for $99. Within one week of the purchase, the frames simply fell apart. We took them back to Pearle Vision; the gentleman working there looked at them and said the frames were defective. I took my daughters here for an eye exam and glasses. The exam was okay but when it comes to glasses. This place is horrible. The quality is cheap cheap cheap. My daughters glasses broke in 1 week. Not due to misuse but due to a defect in my opinion. The arm of the glasses were not bent at all but the screw post snapped in half. The lenses did not fit well and kept falling out from just normal use. When I took the glasses back after 1 week I was told that there is not warranty on this and there is nothing they could do about... read more

Pearle Vision fixed me up with a new pair of glasses all in the same day when I broke my old pair! I was able to gett in to see the doctor right away and I was able to schedule my eye exam on-line. Fast and easy! I will deffinaltely be back.

My husband's insurance changed and so he had to find a new eye doctor in his new networkafter reading reviews here, he made an appointment with Dr. Oifer. Well, he came out of his appointment raving about how he "didn't know an eye doctor appointment could be that good!". I took my glasses to pearle vision right before they closed with a new pair of glasses from a different location. The employees were extremely friendly and had no issue helping me. My glasses needed tightened and it didn't take long at all! Great customer service!
