I've been going to this pearle vision since I was 12 (30 now). Dr. Oifer is a good doctor, but his staff is what makes the difference to me. The guy in the contact lens room discussed the many options I had for contacts and took the time to explain why some I saw on tv were not necessarily the best for me. The knowledge of the staff at this Pearle is what will keep me coming back for years to come.
So it happened to me. Walked in yesterday! All paperwork in hand to make sure the process was quick and seamless. As I walked in, I realized the woman at the desk had a customer on speakerphone, so I was reluctant to approach. She motioned me over and asked what she could do for me. No greeting. I presented all paperwork (doctor's prescription, insurance and even username/password to verify benefits) - she snatched it from me --- like if I was bothering her.
