I had an appointment at 1015. They JUST CALLED ME 5minutes ago to tell me they no longer carry my insurance. So after asking off work (teacher) and driving 30min from Dalton, you could not wave that $59 to keep me as a customer? I buy contacts AND glasses for myself AND 3 kids from you. Yeah, we wont be back again.
The customer service at this location is horrible. There is no excuse for a business to treat their customers this way. I will not go back here again.
Always a bit of a wait for glasses, but everyone is friendly and helpful. Sometimes the workers stop too long to chat with others while they're supposed to be helping you...
Fantastic Optometrist who truly cares about his patients! He is fantastic with special needs kids too! I can't say enough about their attentive staff!
My husband purchased a pair of Nike glasses and ever since he got them one of the lenses keeps falling out and we’ve been back multiple times to have them fixed and they just put the screw back in and say it won’t happen again. Aaaand it happens again. So we took them back and they put a larger screw in. Guess what fell out again. Paid quite a bit of money for very cheaply made glasses. 🤷🏻♀️

I have been a customer for 25 years. This is experience talking. Love, love, love Dr. Rosenthal. I won't go anywhere else. He hires a lot a college students, so customer service fluctuates. Still, they have to start somewhere. Give the kids a break.
