It's easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule and like others have mentioned, it's so nice to speak to a live person when you call. I recently had to cancel an appointment at the last minute because I got a phone call telling me that a family member had passed away. The staff was so supportive and understanding and I was not charged for the missed appointment. They immediately scheduled me for the following week for the same day and time.
