I can't tell everyone enough how happy I am that my family are patients of PPV. We have never had to wait more that 5 minutes to be taken back. The office is extremely clean and the front office staff always have the best attitudes and are truly there to help you. They also have appointments available on Saturdays- which helps a ton! Love this place! Everyone is helpful and so nice!! The Doctor is so sweet and my toddler loves getting her eyes checked now!!
I've been in glasses since the 2nd grade so I've seen several doctors over the years and this was the best experience. When an appointment wouldn't be available (due to my schedule then flooding) for several weeks, staff made sure I had a set of contacts to get me by. Doctor explained my current RX and need to make changes linking my vision to ensure my total health wellbeing. Able to quickly obtain an appointment and seen on time which is not currently standard for most healthcare providers. Staff and doctor are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have seen providers through out the Houston metro area and these guys are the best!
