Was our first visit to Pearland Professional Vision for an eye exam for my son. Dr. Gisbert was very thorough with her exam and office utilizes some pretty high tech equipment. Plan to schedule a visit for myself soon.
I dont think I have enough room to acknowledge the compassionate care this doctor provides. Dr . Gisbert listens and cares about her patients. She goes well beyond excellent customer service. My whole family is her patients. I had an eye emergency after hours on the weekend. I left her a message not expecting a call back until Monday. She called me back immediately and instead of going to the emergency room and waiting hours to be seen, she met me at her office and eased my concerns. I couldn't believe it. Dr. Gisbert and the staff are wonderful! They are always on time, have convenient appointments and the office is very clean. Dr. Gisbert doesn't hesitate to take the time to explain everything. Highly recommend!
This was my first time visiting Pearland Professional Vision and Dr. Cassie Benedict was very friendly and knowledgeable. The last eye doctor I went to had to revise my contact prescription several times before getting one that worked, Dr. Cassie got my prescription right the first time! I also feel the prescription she prescribed works better for me then the one I was currently wearing! All the staff at the office were very friendly! I will definitely be coming back for my next yearly visit!
I truly appreciate the extra time and effort spent by Dr. Gisbert to fit me with contacts. Outstanding customer service.
Great service and selection of glasses. Def recommend.
