We made an appointment to come and look at the truck and they sold it without letting us know. We live an hour away and if I didn’t call them we would have gone there expecting to see the car we had an appointment for.

I was told that I could stop by and view the Toyota prius that they had on site on a certain day. On that day I was informed that the car was at the owner's house and he was out of town because his wife drives the car. Very unprofessional for a car salesmen to allow anyone to keep the vehicles at their personal homes instead of the business for sale.
