Office staff is HORRIBLE. Ewert has been gone for months, no one can tell you anything about when or if she's coming back. She was the only reason we tolerated the rude people in the front for so long. Find a different pediatrician!
They are very rude set of staffs on the phone call,leave you hanging with no response,very disrespectful set of staffs even in an emergency.They should close it down
They don’t call, send text or emails to confirm an appointment. Usually providers are calling and trying to confirm appointments at least 3-4 days in advance. I called to confirm an appointment I had written down for today at 1:45 and they want to say well it was last week and you owe 25$ . I never received any type of communication stating otherwise.
So sad, this place has went to hell! This is where we brought our babies. Now they have NPs that only know how to check boxes! We are headed to Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics!
NEVER on time. I’ve taken 3 kids here for over 3 years, and have never waited less than 30 minutes. I’ve waited OVER AN HOUR more than once, even after going and reminding the staff we were in a room. They didn’t forget us, they’re just late. Dr. Ryan is great, but not worth the wait every single time. We’ll be finding a new office to go to. Office staff is not very friendly, either.
