RecommendedAs a physical therapist, I was skeptical of chiropractic care, but after 4 visits with Dr Jeff, I can wholeheartedly recommend Peak Performance Chiropractic. I had a significant improvement in my symptoms with each visit. Dr Jeff used a combination of manipulations, dry needling, cupping, and exercise prescription. His practice is evidence-based and individualized, differentiating his practice from many.
I mainly come to see Rocky. He’s the best assistant ever. He loves to examine you from head to toe while you’re waiting for Dr. Jeff or Dr Carolyn. Once you have his approval he’ll walk you to your examination room and sit patiently with you until you’re ready to leave. Both doctors are extremely awesome at their craft. I see Dr Carolyn Yates more and she is a well studied doctor in not only chiro, dry needling, and cupping, but also total body wellness and supplements. I am an avid runner and continuously damage my body with high mileage every week and I swear PP chiro has kept be running without injury. I’ve never been injury free for such a long period of time in my running career bc they see potential issues and attack them. I can’t recommend Peak Performance enough! Dr. Caroline is wonderful. Provides amazing and thorough care while still respecting a client’s comfort level. There are also a lot of care options besides traditional chiropractic adjustments! I look forward to my appointments. Go see them!!
