Absolutely the worst experience I have ever personally had with a company. Do your research on what they are charging you and beware. This company was assigned to me by ******** **** ****** for my water heater replacement. Not sure what kind of discount that they are giving to ***, but I am about 90% sure that they are trying to recover their profit margin from that discount by charging consumers insanely high prices for "out of pocket expenses" not covered under the warranty.
