After several attempts with other services and contractors the crew and sales from Peak Home Performance filled the bill. From ******* detail of HVAC, the ******** ******** ****** ***** and ******* tirelessly working through my unique home's problems, from start to finish we are more that pleased about our purchase and the installation of our new HVAC. Kudos to Peak Home Performance.
I was employed with Peak Home Performance. As a company that hires tradesman they vow to provide hours towards your license. I have made multiple attempts to receive my Affidavit of Job Hours . ******* the Electrical manager told me he would send them initially. Since then I have not gotten a response to my request or my affidavit. This is a major issue for tradesman. You hope your company supports you on your path to being licensed. Now I see that Peak Home Performance does not support growth with the employees the hire.
******* is very professional and very meticulous with his work. We will not leave until all is perfect and functioning correctly. He also teaches you about your new system. He treats your house as if it was his own. He only wants the best for his customers.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient and fast with no upsell!

Peak Home Performance showed up to install Furnace and AC. I asked for a building permit and was told it was at the office. I allowed technicians to start the job. By the end of the day, the last item was to install the filter and techs did not have the correct size. They re-scheduled for the following week to finish the job. The technician stated the office would like the funds prior to finishing the job. I said not until the inspection was done. The next week techs showed up, I again asked do you have the permit?
