It has been a tremendous experience working with Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors, and John Walker and Milton Valley in particular, on getting my roof replaced and some other minor repairs to the exterior of my house. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very personable along with doing everything in a timely manner. After a storm in 2024, we had to file an insurance claim for hail and storm damage. We were told that the insurance company wanted to “fix” the problem areas instead of replacing the whole roof that was over 30 years old. There were several roof repair/replacement companies with offers to repair the damage. Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors did a phenomenal job. The workers showed up at 7:00am. I was extremely impressed of their work ethic. They were laser focused (every one of them). The crew was amazingly professional. I’m very satisfied with their performance. All debris were removed. From the ease of scheduling the evaluation to how clean they left after the work was done, my experience with the company and all the staff was the best I had so far when it comes to dealing with construction/repair crews for home projects. Peachtree Roofing did an amazing job with our roof replacement. Huge props to our Project Manager Erika Kight. She was really transparent and helpful during the whole process and working with our insurance company to finally get everything approved. Also, our Site Inspector Juan Vega did an amazing job with his crew and managed to get the complete job done, from tear down to finished, and clean up in just one day!
Every part of our new roof experience was exceptional with Tim Jones and Peachtree Restorations. They were professional, efficient, successful, and NICE every step of the way.
