I loved my experience with Peachtree roofing company. They got the job done in a timely manner. Erika was my go to person, and she was excellent! She always responded to my texts very fast and always kept me up to date in everything that was happening. Vega and his crew did a fantastic job with the roof! They arrived really early in the morning around 6am and left around 2pm! My roof was replaced within just one day! Pretty satisfied with my experience!
We had a great experience with Peachtree Roofing! They worked with our insurance company for over 16 months and finally got our claim approved. Tim Jones, our project manager, was persistent, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. The installation team, led by Irbin Moctezuma, replaced our entire roof in just one day and came back the next day to clean up. Amazing service! We’re so grateful for Tim, Irbin, and the whole Peachtree Roof team. Highly recommend!
Wow, what a crew! Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors definitely know what they are doing and customer care and protection is on the top of the list and that is almost impossible to find these days. Peachtree is excellent to work with. Erika kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with our insurance for over a year to get our roof replacement approved. The day of the install was seamless. Erika and Pedro were on site during the day ensuring everything was moving along. They ensure everything was cleaned up and fully taken care. Highly recommend using them!
Erika and Irbin were great to work with. We were in a bind and needing someone to assess our roof and replace it within a certain amount of time. I reached out to Erika through our local fb page and was able to talk to her and set up an appointment the next day! She reviewed the process with us and helped answer any questions we had. I am so glad that I selected Peachtree Roofing and Exteriors to do my roof!!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! Lavelle Westbrooks and Rony Orellana were very professional and ethical. Their customer service was incredible. Whenever I called Lavelle regarding any question or concerns, he, very politely, listened and responded appropriately.
