Lavelle Westbrooks was a life saver when it came to placing a roof on my home. He worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. He thoroughly explained how the process would work and I could call him at any time with questions or concerns . It took a long fight but he stuck with me to ensure I was approved for a new roof. Erika, our sales representative did an amazing job educating us on the various options, materials, etc.. She also was extremely detailed oriented and updated us at every step along the way, including being on site the day of installation and the following day for the walk-through. We are so thankful for Peachtree Roofing! After a drawn out battle with our insurance company to cover a new roof due to storm damage, Erika stepped in and made it happen. She arranged for a mediator and took care of every detail from dealing with insurance to the installation of the new roof. Irbin led the crew installing the roof. It only took one day! They were an amazing, hard working crew and we are so appreciative. Don't hesitate to call Erika for all your roofing needs. She and Irbin are the dream team!
