I’m so happy with my new roof. Erika was extremely professional and easy to work with. She and her team handled everything with my insurance while keeping me informed every step of the way. Irbin and his crew did an amazing job with the roof replacement. They arrived on time and got it all done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great work and amazing customer service. I loved my experience with Peachtree roofing company. They got the job done in a timely manner. Erika was my go to person, and she was excellent! She always responded to my texts very fast and always kept me up to date in everything that was happening. Vega and his crew did a fantastic job with the roof! They arrived really early in the morning around 6am and left around 2pm! My roof was replaced within just one day! Pretty satisfied with my experience!
We had a great experience with Peachtree Roofing! They worked with our insurance company for over 16 months and finally got our claim approved. Tim Jones, our project manager, was persistent, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. The installation team, led by Irbin Moctezuma, replaced our entire roof in just one day and came back the next day to clean up. Amazing service! Wow, what a crew! Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors definitely know what they are doing and customer care and protection is on the top of the list and that is almost impossible to find these days. Peachtree is excellent to work with. Erika kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with our insurance for over a year to get our roof replacement approved. The day of the install was seamless. Erika and Pedro were on site during the day ensuring everything was moving along. They ensure everything was cleaned up and fully taken care.
