We had a great experience with Peachtree Roofing and Exteriors during our roof replacement. Erika Kight, the sales manager, was extremely prompt, proactive, and responsible throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, answered all of our questions quickly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Vega, the site supervisor, was also outstanding. Working with Lavelle and Rony on this project was surprisingly stressless. Lavelle kept me informed every step of the process including ongoing documentation and on-site visits with the insurance company. The day of the build Rony and crew started as sceduled finished early including cleanup of the debri in the yard. The "after" photos looked great!
Lavelle Westbrooks was a life saver when it came to placing a roof on my home. He worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. He thoroughly explained how the process would work and I could call him at any time with questions or concerns . It took a long fight but he stuck with me to ensure I was approved for a new roof. Peachtree Restorations made the process of getting a replacement roof through the insurance process much easier. Erika, our sales representative did an amazing job educating us on the various options, materials, etc.. She also was extremely detailed oriented and updated us at every step along the way, including being on site the day of installation and the following day for the walk-through. We are so thankful for Peachtree Roofing! After a drawn out battle with our insurance company to cover a new roof due to storm damage, Erika stepped in and made it happen. She arranged for a mediator and took care of every detail from dealing with insurance to the installation of the new roof. Irbin led the crew installing the roof. It only took one day!
