We had a great experience working with Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors! We originally had a State Farm weather related claimed that we filed with another roofer that was denied. When we started experiencing leaking, Erika Kight and her team stepped in and took over the process. Our claim was reopened by Peachtree and it was definitely a challenging fight to get this claim approved. Their public adjuster, Nick Gipson was amazing to work with. We eventually got a full roof replacement approved that the other roofing company we f... read more
We cannot say enough nice things about our experience with Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors. From the start Erika made everything so easy but was thorough, attentive, and gave us all the information we needed. Then Irbin and his crew came and did a fantastic job with the installation and was also available for any questions we may have. We would recommend Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors in a heart beat.
We had a great experience with Peachtree Roofing and Exteriors during our roof replacement. Erika Kight, the sales manager, was extremely prompt, proactive, and responsible throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, answered all of our questions quickly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Vega, the site supervisor, was also outstanding. He worked very precisely with his crew, kept the project moving efficiently, and made sure the work was completed professionally. The team was hardworking, organized, ... read more
Working with Lavelle and Rony on this project was surprisingly stressless. Lavelle kept me informed every step of the process including ongoing documentation and on-site visits with the insurance company. The day of the build Rony and crew started as sceduled finished early including cleanup of the debri in the yard. The "after" photos looked great!
Lavelle Westbrooks was a life saver when it came to placing a roof on my home. He worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. He thoroughly explained how the process would work and I could call him at any time with questions or concerns . It took a long fight but he stuck with me to ensure I was approved for a new roof. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LAVELLE! Great work Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors!

Special thanks to Tim Jones the project manager who followed the process closely to make sure everything was on track during the process and communicate the progress with us!! Also another special thank you to Rony Orellana the quality control manager who directed the crew and final walk through to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
