Stop lying to patients.
You turned away a baby yesterday, (how dare you guys) We had an unfortunate experience as our 4 year old had chemical burns in his eyes. We rushed him to our local immediate care only to be told we had the wrong insurance card. We were told to go back home and get the correct card. Meanwhile my child is screaming in pain and they are informing me of a $40 balance I was willing and trying to pay so my child could be treated. ***MALPRACTICE***Mother in law was hurt at her job. Two fractured bones in her hand. Did nothing for her pain and swelling. Did not clean lacerations on her hand. How do I know? There’s still a piece of metal sticking out of the skin. Severely injured hand and they just slapped a bandaid on it and sent her on her way. Malpractice at its finest!
on December 21 2019 my husband went to the Villa Rica Peachtree Immediate Care. He has Blue cross blue shield insurance and if you call the automated system it clearly says they accept BCBS. Well today on February 3, 2020... a charge of 294 posted to his account. what a terrible place of business. how can you be in the business of helping people when you are willing to put families in such a bad situation. The staff is friendly and are very helpful. They got my husband back quickly and we were out of there within an hour. Thank you so much for everything you do.
I did online check in but unfortunately that didn’t help at all. I checked in for 12:30 and arrived at 12:20. I was supposed to be called in at 12:30 and they finally called me in at 1:15. They said that people getting drug tests get to go first? I won’t be back or at least won’t expect for the online check in to work.
