RecommendedI had the new Quick Corona test. The staff was very nice.
Dont even bother making an appointment time, the girl at the front desk will process your sign in, in whatever order she wants to and you will have people who have sign in times at 12 and 12:15 going into the back while your still sitting in the waiting room even tho your sign in time was 11:30. Here it is almost 1 o'clock and I am still waiting. 🙄 I have worked front desk in the medical field for years and know this isn't how it is done and these people need to train their staff better. ***MALPRACTICE***Mother in law was hurt at her job. Two fractured bones in her hand. Did nothing for her pain and swelling. Did not clean lacerations on her hand. How do I know? There’s still a piece of metal sticking out of the skin. Severely injured hand and they just slapped a bandaid on it and sent her on her way. Malpractice at its finest!
I took my son to this location in Jan 2020. He is covered by 2 different insurance plans from my ex husband and myself . Woke up to them taking 300 bucks out of my account without warning or permission for a 5 min visit with no tests ran!! I will be disputing the Charge !!

RecommendedThis was my 2nd trip there they are friendly knowledgeable. They gave me a chest X-ray took blood monitored my O2 levels and prescribed what I needed for the 2nd time. No EMC Rooms 😷
I brought my daughter here for a sore throat. The front staff was rude but more so, several people were allowed to remain in the open waiting room coughing without masks. The masks were kept behind the counter and you had to ask for them. We didn't come here to get sick because you are not doing your job. Especially in light of the coronavirus. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told that he was not in. Please do not waste your time here. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients.
