The wait time wasn't too bad for a walk in office. I saw the doctor and was on my way in no time. I go here when I'm at work and need care, verses waiting to make an appt with my regular doctor. Honestly, I prefer going here!
Slow service, doctor doesnt care, left with a post op shoe that my Ortho even said was pointless, billing charges the wrong card and is impossible to get in touch with (Even after 4 phone calls to them and an email, they still charged the incorrect account).
I have been going here for about 1 1/2 years since I moved to the area. Yesterday was the first time since they are now with Emory. They now ask for a credit card on file for non covered services.
I have used this place for years and Dr Talban was the best. Went there last Friday and found she is leaving. They also now require a credit card on file. That was my last time to go there and many are angry about the credit card requirement. I was a great customer and always paid my bill on time. The buyout by Peachtree has RUINED this place and I will never go back and discourage as many others as I can.
When I walked in I had a fever of 101.3, no energy, cold a headache and my skin hurt!! A few hours after I left, I was up around with no headache, no fever and feeling 95.9 % better! I thank God for this place!
I was very impressed with this facility compare to others. Doctor and staff was awesome!
