I like that are friendly and always take care of what I need-but the wait was excessive (2.5 hrs to get to a room). Only 1 doctor. Hoping they invest in an online check in system like some other places.
This place is very clean and the people there were nice, the doctor I seen was nice too, the only thing that I did not like about it is...."Trust" my copay was #20.00, I was going to pay cash, but I was not allowed to, they have a new policy now that you have to pay with a card, for she told me that when I get my bill, if I do not pay my bill with in 7 days, they will automatically TAKE it from my card....all I can say is 'WOW" this won't happen again if I can help it. I have had excellent experiences there. I was in and out in an hour. Dr. Williams was friendly, kind, and gave me the correct diagnosis. I'd definitely recommend it.
