They wait was long but next time I will do the online appointment. Once we got to the back they decided quickly to transport my mother to the hospital. They gave her a breathing treatment until the ambulance got there. Very caring and efficient.
Good friendly service quick and easy
Very unhappy with my last visit. They were supposed to send a sample to the lab to grow a culture and to call me with the results. I never heard back from them. When I called, they said that they never sent the culture to the lab but I could always stop in to leave another sample. I'm out of town, so that isn't possible. Now it looks like I will have to spend more money to go to another clinic for the same test.
Mark Thomas is great! When I had a drug-resistant infection, he was the one who spotted the strange lab result, called me personally, and sent me to the infectious disease team at Emory Hospital.
Worst office ever. Was seen over a month ago paid all copays, and just now they took 2 more additional charges out of my bank without approval. I called to fix it and lady in billing was extremely rude, when I told her I was not coming back to office and calling my bank, she then told me that she is going to tack on an additional $30. To each charge.
