Checked in at 12:45 I understand that this is a busy time. BUT when it’s 2hrs later and you are pulling walk ins ahead of the people that have been waiting. I called BS and asked the receptionist what was the deal and I got a deer in the headlights look. BS BS BS !! It will be a miracle if we all don’t catch something else for such poor service. Bring in additional staff and set it up like an army style emergency room set up. Come on people it doesn’t take a rocket scientist !!
Doctor is terrible. She was rude and didn’t listen to shit
Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. They got my file mixed up with another patient's. I went for laryngitis and sinus pain, coughing and sneezing. When I got home my paperwork said that I had been there for poison ivy and that I had received two injections. (I only received one.) Realized today that they are part of the Emory Healthcare system. I will not ever go back. Being part of a megacare system is NOT a good thing for any patient.
