I went online and scheduled a appointment. It was for 2:00. I received a message saying they were running behind so my appointment was moved to 238. I got there 5 mins early signed in. It's after 4 and still not been seen. Other people that signed in a 3 got taken in before me. The lady at the desk did not put me in the system. If using this location make sure you keep a check to make sure you're in the system.
Showed up at 7:11 and was told I can't be seen because they don't have diagnostics to look at my neck. You really don't have xray? I get you close at 8 and you want to go home but no one was there. Won't be coming back again.
My husband went in for a cracked rib. Doctor White treated him by giving him shots for the pain. The problem is when submitting the claim to my insurance company it was labeled as a cough. My insurance company told me they didn't pay the claim because of the way the doctor submitted the reason for the visit. We have contacted Dpolk in administration requesting the issue be corrected. I have also emailed the billing department advising them they do NOT have my permission to charge my card for this visit. The card is in my nam... read more
Had a 1.5 hour wait but was told of the wait time up front. Dr and Medical Asst were very nice and helpful by asking the right questions. Once in the actual room I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Best experience I have had at this location thus far.
We walked in to have my husband seen for severe chest cold, were told we had to put a form of payment on file--credit card, or debit card or leave a 100. 00 deposit to be seen. I just lost my brother on thursday and may be a little sensitive but totally disagree with this kind of practice, it should be an option not a requirement. I have worked in this industry for 35 years and certainly understand the financial side but my choice is to take my business where I have options.
