Knowledge and caring as speed
how fast the staff was. they knew how bad I felt, my doctors walk in sick clinic wouldnt take me because my doctor called in sick and my insurance wouldnt cover me because the replacement doctor didnt take my insurance. what a crappy crappy thing for them to let happen. changing doctors asap but not before I give them a piece of my mind! so thank you so much, needed no meds, but the assurances the nurse practitioner gave are preventing me from spreading the flu and making their holidays rough.
