The worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The office was dirty, the wait was long, and I received a bill for my visit FOURTEEN months after my visit. Not only did I receive this bill, but I haven't been able to pay it for TWO weeks because Tonya doesn't return her calls. This terrible experience won't go away. Treat yourself and go to any other urgent care!
I was surprised to see all the negative comments. I have been here before a few years ago and my visit was just ok, but yesterday was a very positive one. The nurse and NP were kind and attentive. Got necessary prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and ready for pickup. I would absolutely use them again if unable to get to my PCP who is not as close by.
The doctors and nurses were great! But you have to go through the rude, arrogant front desk girls first. Will not answer questions and act like you aren’t worth giving the time of day IF they even acknowledge you. My son just called at 7:30 to see if he could still get in and the recording says they are open until 9:00. We are Ten minutes away. So he went up there only to be turned away from one of these girls. They need to change the recording!!!
The service was great and prompt from the staff! I was pleased about my diagnosis and given the correct medication because I'm back to feeling normal and can breath now! The nurse practitioner was amazing and answered all my questions!! Will be a repeat customer!!
I had a 230 appt, wasn't seen til almost 500, got 2 shots, two days later still have discomfort from laying on right side. I used the place cause thought it would be quicker than getting an appt w primary care physician. It was a good spot when my friend Dr Christopher Anderson was there.
I had an appointment for 11:00 and got taken back right away but it is now 12:31 and still no doctor! I asked how much longer and the nurse said they were really busy today. Why make an appointment then??? They already have my money so I’m not leaving!
Went here with pain on side of face was told it was a Canker sore then was told that the medicine the hospital gave me for a uti would hurt my baby as I’m 16 weeks pregnant and the medicine was macrobid which is the safest antibiotic for pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy was told if my face continued to hurt to go to the er for a cat scan which is super harmful for baby while pregnant also sitting on the paper on the exam table was blood and a needle cap went to the hospital two days later was told I have a sinus inf... read more
