This is the 3rd time I’ve been to the Gainesville location. And have waited for at least hour each time in the waiting room before my children have been seen. The dentists are ok, but the over scheduling it’s awful. I will be finding another dentist after today’s visit.
No communication once so ever! Not to mention we sat there for an hour!!! 1 person tells me my son needs a crown the other person tells me he needs the same tooth pulled! Go in for a spacer, they inform me, ohh you should have given him Tylenol but yet on the phone they said 20 min in and out pain free. Why would i give my son pain meds when you told me pain free?? We have been here 3 times and every time something didnt add up- this time; im done! We will be searching for a new dentist. You would think dealing with children... read more
First off, they tried to pressure me into doing a procedure on my son I was not comfortable with, then later I find out their office charged me partially for sedation, when my kids insurance covers it 100%! Had I known I would have turned them in immediately, given it was a later date when I found out, I just switched dentists and left it alone. They also have what is known as a “quiet room”, its sound proof- so they could literally do ANYTHING to your child and you not know or hear it. They claimed they used it for sedated ... read more
We love Peachtree Children's Dentistry! They are always friendly and make our kiddos feel good throughout the entire visit!
The staff is awesome. My daughter's first visit to the dentist went great!
