From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, every single person we encountered was extremely nice and professional, they spoke directly to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. Usually I had a great experience with them I’ve been using them for the past six years. Never had a problem with them. But today I will never go back! My daughter was just newly diagnosed with anxiety disorder and ADHD. I told him that she had issues before for being anxious. I had the hygienists come get me from the lobby. Sternly tell me that my child was not be behaving and they can’t do any work on her if she doesn’t cooperate. My daughter was very nervous she’s only eight.
