I do not recommend this dentistry at all. My 15 year old daughter and 7 year old son have been going for years. On our last visit, they came out to my car and told me that my son and daughter needed to come back about 2 weeks later for a sealants on their teeth. When my daughter got to the car she explained that they were not taking their time with her teeth and were pulling on her permanent retainer while scrapping her teeth. I would not recommend this dentist because of their restrictions during COVID-19. They are not allowing parents to back with their young child. Between the ages of 2 and 5, I think it is unreasonable for a dentist to not allow a parent to come back with their child. Whether it is COVID or not, having parent to go back with their child provide much more benefit than risk. It not only provide safety and securing for the child but also provides transparency to the dental company.
They don't allow ANY parents to go with the child ...Im speechless. That is most CRAZZYYY thong i have ever heard of.
After being at this practice for several years the office staff has lost our business. COVID 19 madness is expected but the continued loosing of insurance info, canceling appointments without notification and refusing to see my two year old (even after she was already on schedule prior to COVID-19 ) has made me look else where. Anyone scheduling here—- good luck!
Snellville location of Peachtree Children's Dentistry claimed my daughter had 2 'or 3' cavities and would need the sealants she had put on 3 months ago, removed and them replaced. A 2nd opinion confirmed there was NO cavities on the x-rays and showed me the x-rays too! Snellville Peachtree Children's Dentistry would not send x-rays to Grayson Dental when requested. I would'nt recommend taking a dog there much less a child. My 6 yr old granddaughter has needed a root canal among other work for a year now and surgery has been canceled more times than I can count. Have requested multiple days off and driven an hour away twice to be told it has been rescheduled. They could careless if she gets an infection or in pain. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. A year later? They are beyond ridiculous!
