The brick and mortar store is over 20,000 square feet, housing over 30,000 dresses at a time, and features 45 fitting rooms. Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

Went there over the weekend right after the store opened at 10 and it was crowded. We were number 30. After getting 3 dresses and the fitting room, the sales girl was really good, in fact, a manager came over and talked to my daughter and I to try and figure out exactly what my daughter wanted in a dress. She told the sales girl which ones to bring out of the back room. Dress #5 was the winner. We had a great experience! Very satisfied!

I am an online shopper, I have never been to the boutique or had any experiences with the salespeople.... however, as an online vendor, they have done an EXCELLENT job for me. This year was my second order. They are one of the few who allow returns or exchanges and they have worked with me both times to get a dress to my home on time for the necessary alterations. Last year when the dress we ordered was not what we expected, they worked with us to find a new dress that my daughter loved. The prices are the same as everywhere... read more
Worst customer service experience. Impatient employees, very small dark dressing rooms no mirror, told to take off you socks shoes and bra that are thrown in a basket and removed from the room. Had to parade out to a communal mirror in front of everybody. A factory mentality Felt very cold and impersonal. I would never go back.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience but due to the volume of customers that we have here on the weekends, in order for everyone to get an opportunity to try on, we do have a time limit. It is less hectic during the week and we do recommend to come in during the week if you do not want to deal with the crowds. All dresses have built in cups and it is not safe to wear the heals with socks as it is easier to slip in them. Found a dress on their website. They refused to tell me via phone if they had it in store. Took the chance and drove three and a half hours from green bay wi. Of course not only did they not have it but we were told it was never available. Plus my daughter had to pick three other dresses to try on before they would even look to see if they had the dress we went there for. I'm sorry but unfortunately we do not check store stock over the phone as we house over 15,000 dresses and are not able to check because store stock is constantly moving. Dresses are also checked for your event before you try on in the fitting rooms. Our process is to pick 3 dresses from our floor so that we get sense of what styles, colors, materials you are interested in. We do not all pictures and phones in the store due time. We stood in line for an hour just to try the dress on after the alterations. Guess they figure they already got your money so it doesn't matter how long they keep you waiting.

If you came in on the weekend Friday-Sunday, alterations are a longer wait. That is why we don't recommend to come in the weekends. We let you know to come in during the week for alterations.
I had a great experience today at Peaches!! yes it was busy, yes at times waiting took a while, but it's prom shopping season, of course a lot of girls were there! Danielle helped me pick dresses & was very efficient & made me feel great in every dress I tried on. She also stayed within budget for every dress she pulled for me & I ended up spending about $200 under my budget! She was the best!! A great overall experience & I would absolutely recommend it. very large selection w/ multiple colors in most styles!
My mom Sylvia Khan just ordered me the most perfect Mori Lee dress (#9233) with ease from this site, and it is scheduled to ship in by next week! Cannot wait!!
I was presently surprise how well organized. Loved the big selection of Beautiful dresses you had for Quinceañera Dresses my Granddoughter Jazmine is very thin she needed size 0 -2 and you had her size she got her dress and she is set and she (we) are so Happy we will we will definitely recommend peaches.
I enjoyed my experience at Peaches! The staff was nice, very helpful, and we're very patient. I found my dress and I love it. People complain about going out and seeing yourself in the mirror when trying on the dresses in front of people. I personally didn't mind. Kinda boost my ego.
