Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

We have come all 4 years of high school - we have had excellent service. You must experience the in store shopping with your daughter or for yourself- trying on all the numerous dresses is so much fun.
"NEVER BUY "Rude unproffesional customer service bad quality they got me a ripped dress sent them the picture they said its not their problem you agreed to the terms ,callee the manager Jen she was very rude hang up on me she was yelling. Lesson learned never buy from peaches
I ordered a dress for 350$ and opened the box after a week to find out that the dress is damaged (zipper broken). Called and email peaches boutique to be told by "JILL" that i am lying and that their dresses are always checked prior to sending and that they are always perfect. They have the worst customer service ever . They say that if you do not check the order in 24 hours from receiving it they are not gonna do anything about sending a bad dress. We had an amazing experience shopping there yesterday. It was the third time we have gone there and all three times we were successful in buying a dress. The young lady who helped us was named Melissa and I will ask for her every time I go there from now on, she was amazing! Very, very helpful and gave such wonderful advice to my daughter. We have been going to peaches for years , and I mean years , they have every style , every designer and pretty much every color , price pretty much like everywhere else , David was great . Our attendant was amazing . And we have gone here for 15 different events . Barb the owner is great . You can't go during peak hours , it will be very busy , go during the week late . I was there yesterday for a dress for HomeComing. My daughter picked out the 3 dresses and they were hanging there where they kept with her number. Right before my daughter's number was called a different sales girl walked in the room where the dresses were hanging and took the dress my daughter picked out and gave it to this other girl!!! How the heck that could happen is beyond belief our sales girl did all she could my daughter was near tears no one had an explanation as to why this other girl took my daughters dress. Horrible customer service. They also charge customers who come into their store to buy dresses more than if they were to order the exact same dress from Peaches online. A MUCH better alternative is the Prom Shoppe in Oswego.
I purchased my second dress at Peaches. It's a time consuming process but the associate assigned to me was very polite and helpful.

I bought two dresses for my daughter for her sweet 15 in this location and I didn't have any problems. Actually we are planning to buy her prom dress . Hopefully I have the same good experience that I had before.
