The brick and mortar store is over 20,000 square feet, housing over 30,000 dresses at a time, and features 45 fitting rooms. Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

We had a great experience at peaches boutique, my daughter found the dress of her dreams for her quincianera, we were there two times, and all the staff was very polite and helpful. Lots of different dresses to choose from. I love peaches, I will recommend it to my family and friends. If I need another dress I know where to find it. PEACHES BOUTIQUE
I was so excited to find dresses at a wonderful price! Products shipped when expected and everything was great! An option to purchase a dress bag would be great (especially on sale dresses), I would gladly pay $8 for one!
By far the worst boutique I've ever been to. The customer service was atrocious. I went in looking for a specific dress, and it was the only one I was interested in, yet I was forced to pick out other dresses. When I expressed my interest in this specific dress, I was forced to try on other dresses, in addition to the few that I was required to pick out. My sister and I brought my daughter here to shop for her upcoming summer quinceañera. The selection was amazing, the girls helping were pleasant and helpful. After trying on around 7 dresses we found the perfect dress. The girls made her feel like a princess. Thank you Peaches for a great experience.
Very poor customer service! I ordered a few dresses with an approved delivery date of or by 12/5/16. I need one of the dresses for an event, but realized that the dresses were not delivered. When I call the store, Cady was very rude and disrespectful . she told me "I don't know why you are complaining for not receiving the dresses, were you going to wear all those dresses today?" Terrible refund policy! I am very upset because I was denied a $384.00 refund. I also spoke to a manager there to ask for a possible exchange but it was denied. This people do not care about your situation or try to help find a solition. First they pressure you into placing an oder because it can take a few months to make the dress. Once you put half the money down they want to call you a week later saying the dress is in. I will file a complaint with the BBB because I do not think it's right to make moneyby keeping peoples ... read more
I was at Peaches and was more than disappointed. The workers lacked customer service and I found the process to be more than aggravating. I will not be back and I will continue to spend my money elsewhere where places know how to treat people. Gippers is so much more friendly.
