The brick and mortar store is over 20,000 square feet, housing over 30,000 dresses at a time, and features 45 fitting rooms. Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

I love Peaches. We have always had a great experience shopping online from Pennsylvania. The staff here has always been helpful (via phone) addressing any concerns we have had. We purchased several dresses from Peaches for my daughter's formal events. They have a great selection. And they offer fast shipping. Always a pleasure!

PEACHES HAS ALOT OF BEAUTIFUL DRESSES DONT GET ME WRONG BUT BEWARE!! LADIES BEFORE PICKING OUT UR DRESS PLEASE CHECK THAT DRESS! I BOUGHT A $500 DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTERS PROM FROM THE ARCHER STORE. THE DRESS NEEDED SOME ALTERATIONS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX BUT DIDNT. I SAT THERE WAITING FOR AN HOUR N THEY NEVER ALTERED HER DRESS. Warning! Do not buy anything without reading return policy! Seems very unrealistic policy for trying on and purchasing a prom dress, if you happened to want to purchase a dress that is on sale for $239.00 please know there is no going back! Who in there right mind would ever shop at Peaches! can not return!

We do state our final sale items as final sale on our website. Since they are clearance dresses, they are the last pieces of the styles and are discounted and therefore not able to be returned.

Bought a dress for $496, but beading was a mess so they kept it to fix it--first mistake. Received it in the mail a week later only to find that it hadn't been fixed--second mistake! Called and spoke with Jeff who recommended returning in the mail and picking up in person. I took pictures and sent them via email with other pertinent identifying information. Got there only to find it hadn't been repaired for the second time--third mistake. They are now fixing while I wait. Asked for some spare beads, just in case, but they "d... read more

So sorry about your experience. Usually we are able to fix the dress within a week for ones that need beadwork fixed. I am not sure why your dress was not repaired on time. Due to the nature of the beads on this dress, they do tend to fall off easily because of the type of bead. This is something from production from the manufacturer. We will make sure that this does not happen again to any other customers.
