Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

The worse expedience my granddaughter and I have ever had!! Not only are their employees rude, but so are the owners!!! I am a shopper Macy's, Von Mour, Carson not to name a couple of other upscale establishments, but I have never had such poor customer service and what's sad is the owners don't seem to care..They told me I was the first to complain in 30yrs!! Hard to believe!!
Absolutely gorgeous dress, I looked everywhere in a 200 mile radius for my dress, and I finally found it on the peaches website! I am so in love with my dress!!!

Called on a dress that we could not get locally for my daughters senior prom. She has her heart set on this dress so I called to find out sizing and delivery as we would have to order my daughters dress sight unseen. They were so helpful and assured me I would have it with plenty of time to alter it if need be. Placed the order with an estimated delivery date of April 18th. You were treated like a number. But the sales associate I had was very polite even though she was a little rushy. Any dress I pointed at and was like can I try that on? She would gladly go get. It's hectic but how else are you suppose to deal with hundreds of picky girls all day.

Two weeks just to ship a dress that's in stock??? And in order to get the dress in time I'll have to either pay for expedited shipping or pay a restocking fee? No. The BBB and my Credit Card company will hear about this. EXTREMELY RUDE phone service.
The staff is very rude and pushy. Rushing you to try on and they will ask if your purchasing a dress and if you say no its even worse. How do you know if your going to purchase a dress until you take the time to try different ones on to see what looks best in you! Very RUDE!
This place is a rip off. I bought a dress yesterday for $350 and I found the same dress online for a lot less. Spoke with Janet at Peaches and she basically said... Oh well, cant help... If you look online Peaches claims that they do price match or return if its been less than 5 days. What a scam! Ill never be back!
