I replied to text message send from your office week after Doctor had fitted my mouth with two gold crowns, I requested appointment to make adjustments to crowns for proper fit and relieve my pain. Nothing was referred to doctor about the amount of pain from both teeth. I called for appointment two days later to have both crowns refit,Doctor still was not alerted patient was having problems and pain issues with 2 crowns until I walk in for my appointment. I had to wait over weekend with increase pain levels from both teeth.
I've had a pleasant visit each time!
my experience overall was exceptional. The front desk person was very friendly & made me feel at ease. I filled out my paperwork and when I was finished they called my name & I was taken into a room. The assistant was very nice & made me feel comfortable. Carly Montgomery who went over the financial part was very knowledgeble & helped me apply for credit care (which I was denied, but she tried anyway!) This is the place to go!!! Best experiences I have ever had with dental work have been at Peach Tree. They cared and their main goal was to make sure that I had a great visit! I would recommend any one to come to Peach Tree! Best place in the whole state of Louisiana.
Charity cleaned my teeth. She was wonderful. Explained everything very well. Would love to be in her chair next visit.
Everyone was super nice, from check in to check out!
