Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasing. My caregiver is just wonderful. It was even a joy to meet the person I made my payment to. She and I had a glorius meeting. Thanks Peach Tree Dental.
The young lady who was the one who took me back was supper nice ,and very caring. The doctor was very nice and let me know what was going on , I thank all of you, and will be using peach tree from now on for me and my family .
I utilize Dana as my hygienist and I am always satisfied and she meets my expectations of having good service, courtesy and excellent people skills every time I visit.
My husband and I both had the same cleaning and mine was $139.00 and his was $117.00. We don't know why and didn't realize it until we got home. ????
The hygienist and the dentist were thorough in explaining x-rays and appropriate acts that needed to be done regarding my visit. The billing/finance person was equally professional and explained the billing process for upcoming procedures. Prices are a little steep.
They rescheduled my appointment once a week before the appt and once the day of the appt. I make appt for my schedule I do not like to reschedule especially the day of, but I guess it is better to reschedule than to make me wait several hours past my appt time.
my NEW dental hygenist was chasity - i had requested paula or dana - i was worried............HOWEVER, SHE WAS REALLY, REALLY GOOD. thanks
Your staff have excellent customer service skills. I've only visited the office three times and each visit very pleasant.
Tammy was awesome from the first phone call to meeting her in person! Dr. Carley was incredible. You can tell the entire staff cares about their patients!!
