I was very unsatisfied with my dental assistant. She didn't fulfill her job duties and could have been more attentive. She let me sit the whole time the dentist was grinding on my teeth without washing out my mouth or using sucktion, while having pieces of tooth and dust coating the inside of my mouth. Never asked was I ok or comfortable thru the whole procedure. They glued my temp crowns with permanent cement and had to cut and grind them off my teeth. Every single member of the staff is so courteous and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions are answered. They stay busy but somehow always manage to see patients timely. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care. I might also add they won me over by being the only ones to work me in at 3pm on a Friday when I had a dental emergency.
It would be nice to no how much you over charge your patience for a teeth cleaning when they have insurance. REALLY
