The dental assistant, Tiffany, was AMAZING! She was sweet, kept asking if I was alright, making sure that I was comfortable, etc. She really went above and beyond. The hygienist and the girl at the front desk were also wonderful!
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Even though I know I have not received proper dental care in many years, no one was critical of me or made me feel bad or embarrassed.
My recent visit was fine. However, I have to admit that I was disappointed by a recent visit to the office in Monroe. I had previously made an appointment at the office in Ruston. Upon arrival to the Monroe office, I was told that I would have to return because they were booked for the day. Ruston to Monroe isn't a short drive and it would have been nice to know that my appointment would not have been made.
Haley was awesome, very sweet. One thing that could be improved is when I have an upcoming appt. I don't need 10 calls, emails and texts a week before my appt to remind me. Really only one text the day before my appt for a reminder will do. I work nights as an RN and sleep during the day, so a text is the best way to contact me. Also, Amy I believe, the financial lady, came to me during my appt with the gas mask over my nose asking me when I can schedule my next appt. Really? My visit was perfect, as it always is!!
Doctor, explain every stage of the repair needed to fix my damaged teeth. Doctor complete skill set made me feel comfortable with my visit at Peach Tree.
Overall I enjoyed my visit
Charity was awesome ! So caring and professional . Didn't talk my ear off , making the vist quick and painless . Very gentle too ! I will always ask for her ! Answered all my questions honestly , as if I were her friend . Thank you Charity ! Next time , I won't dread coming to the dentist !
