My dental appt. was the best I've ever been to. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Charity was my dental hygienist on both my visits and I just love her. She is so friendly and kind. Thank you all for making what can be a stressful trip to the dentist a comfortable one.

Dental Hygienist was extremely understanding of my time line and expedited the process leaving very little wasted time. I was able to make another appointment on time and no loss in the quality of care.

Everyone I encountered was very polite and professional. Although the Lorazepam had little to no effect on me, the doctors and nurses did a great job making sure my visit was as comfortable as possible.
It was very obvious that the person who was working with me.....was in training. Because there were 2 people for my wax fitting session for my new plate. It would have been nice had someone explained to me that staff member #1 was in training and that staff member #2 was the trainer. It really causes confusion because at first, I could not understand what I felt was chaos until the end of my fitting. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but I can't. I can tell you that everyone that I came in connect with was very professional, very friendly and have great communication skills. I am one of "those" that does not enjoy any trip to the dentist, but Dr. Roberts and the entire staff made it very comfortable for me. Thanks to you all.
I came in for 2 crowns. It seemed to take forever for them to deaden my mouth. I also had sedation on the first visit. I chose not to have it again. I was ready to come back in to have my permanent crowns installed (month after temporaries). However I got a last minute call saying that my crown impressions had been broken by the company making them. Why did it take so long to discover this?
