Clean facility, friendly staff, good experience.
I had the displeasure of visiting this facility for a short visit, The patients see a therapist for 5 minutes a day who reads off of a script, the doctor is so busy he barley has enough time to meet with patients. it is a fail on our healthcare system in the united states, the facilities where not clean, there was blood spotted on the wall. Most of the Techs there were amazing and genuinely cared about the well being of the patients where as others did not. If you ever get baker acted and have a choice where to go, please don’t go here. All the clinicians and therapists talk down on you and don’t listen to your genuine feelings. Tried to keep me in there to take a medication I’ve already taken before and tried to make me miss work. 0/10 don’t recommend
been baker acted there 4 times and i hate it there. the second time i got baker acted there i said i wanted to go home and they retrained me and put in seclusion for no reason at all. all the kids and techs were laughing at me and i was crying so hard and they didnt care. they kept me there for hours and every part of my body ached. the first time i was there i heard the techs make fun of my looks and how im autistic at bedtime. the third time i was there one of the techs cursed me out for no reason. and the most recent time... read more
