My son had his first appointment with the doctor this August 2025. Kristy Oneill was very attentive to his needs and prescribed medication that was available in the pharmacy the same day. This was a huge relief because my son was in high anxiety, his hands were trembling, and he had not slept the whole night before the visit. Thanks to her help, his condition stabilized. Had a friend reach out to here for Victim Services as advertised on their website. They did absolutely nothing to help or provide any resources for an escape. They did not provide a single resource mentioned on their pamphlet or website. Instead, they told her to call the police because they couldn't help her, but we had already done that and her abuser kept interfering and making it impossible.
